Order handling
We usually process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Transit estimates are separate from handling time. Weather, holidays, and carrier issues can cause delays. Contact us for help with your order or tracking.
Returns & exchanges
We do not offer standard returns or exchanges. You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the item arrived damaged, stained, or defective, or if you received a different product from the one ordered.
Request an exchange
Email threegemsboutique19@gmail.com with your reason and order details. Include “Exchange” and your order number in the subject line. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the original payment method. Payments made in USD are refunded in USD; customers are responsible for differences caused by currency exchange rates.
Customized & made-to-order items
Items that are custom-sized, tailored, or altered to your specifications are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sale & discounted items
Exchanges are allowed only if the item delivered does not match what was ordered.
